IntVeen specializes in tank transport, tank container services, tank cleaning, repair and terminal activities. From multiple locations, the organization supports customers in a sector where reliability and safety come first.The company runs its own IT team, led by IT manager Jelle Riekstra. That team manages the daily IT environment and business critical applications, but was looking for additional expertise in networking and security. There was a particular need for support on specialist topics such as firewall management, network segmentation, monitoring and complex expansions.

According to consultant Kaveh Golshayan, it is mainly about providing certainty. "At IntVeen, we saw an organization where IT is essential to the business, but where the internal team wanted to be relieved when it comes to specialist security and network management."
