Your role as Managed Services Engineer

You are the administrative backbone of the People & Culture team. With your eye for detail and structured way of working, you ensure P&C processes run smoothly, accurately, and as agreed. You work daily with Talent Recruiters, the HR Business Partner, and a fellow P&C Support Specialist. The team is spread across multiple locations and is managed from our head office in Amsterdam.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and keep personnel files and P&C administration up to date.
  • Process onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, including drafting contracts and related correspondence.
  • Manage leave requests, special leave, and sick leave administration.

Your role as Managed Services Engineer

You are part of the Managed Services operations center: a compact team of engineers and a coordinator that remotely manages customers’ workplace IT. You handle incidents ranging from first-line questions to complex management and outage issues. Because the team is small, you get to know our customers quickly and can truly make a difference with personal attention and craftsmanship.

Beyond support, you work on management, monitoring, security services, and projects. You prepare migrations and renewals and also execute them yourself. That means no two days are the same and you keep developing broadly across the stack.

What you'll be doing

  • Resolve incidents and outages, from simple user questions to complex technical issues.
  • Manage and monitor servers (on-premises and cloud), workstations, and network equipment.
