You resolve incidents, manage environments, andensure customers can move forward without worrying about their IT. From ourBreda location, you work in a skilled team on stable, secure, and future-readyenvironments for customers who count on personal attention and technical depth.
You are part of the Managed Services operations center: a compact team of engineers and a coordinator that remotely manages customers’ workplace IT. You handle incidents ranging from first-line questions to complex management and outage issues. Because the team is small, you get to know our customers quickly and can truly make a difference with personal attention and craftsmanship.
Beyond support, you work on management, monitoring, security services, and projects. You prepare migrations and renewals and also execute them yourself. That means no two days are the same and you keep developing broadly across the stack.
We’re not looking for someone who just processes tickets. We want an engineer who feels responsible for stable customer environments. You are service-oriented, practical, and enjoy truly helping customers. You feel at home in an MSP environment where technology, collaboration, and reliability come together.

Keep customer environments resilient by triaging and resolving security incidents, hardening systems, and driving measurable improvements in their security posture.

As a Managed Services Security Engineer, you keep customer environments digitally resilient. You make sure threats are seen, understood, and resolved before they cause harm. From our Breda location, you work for customers who rely on stable, secure, and demonstrably well-configured IT. You bring clarity to complexity, combine technical depth with clear advice, and ensure security isn’t a paper exercise but a solid foundation.
You are the subject-matter security specialist within our managed services. You ensure security measures are not only implemented, but remain demonstrably effective. You handle complex second-line incidents, execute focused security implementations, and advise customers on improving their security posture. From Breda, you work with engineers, the service desk, specialists, and customers to reduce risk and ensure compliance, today and tomorrow.
We’re not looking for a “ticket processor,” but a security engineer who feels ownership of customer security. You think ahead, work in a structured way, and make complex security topics understandable for customers and colleagues. You feel at home in a managed services environment where technology, advisory work, and reliability come together.
