About the role 

You'll be building more than just staffing; you'll be building a clear and strong foundation for our growth. You'll combine search, stakeholder management, employer branding, and process thinking into one powerful recruitment engine. You'll effortlessly switch between a strategic meeting with a hiring manager, a creative post with Marketing, and an honest, clear conversation with a candidate.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-end responsibility for various vacancies within Reliance.
  • Conduct intake interviews to clarify the role, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Write job descriptions in a recognizable "Reliance tone of voice."
  • Actively source via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, and networks.
  • Screen, interview, and select candidates based on quality, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Strictly monitor the recruitment process: communication, expectations, and turnaround times.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers on selection, interview techniques, and market intelligence.
  • Contribute to employer branding with Marketing.
  • Set up and maintain talent pools for scarce technical profiles.
  • Use recruitment data to improve performance and optimize processes.
  • Develop campus recruitment initiatives: collaborate with universities and colleges, give guest lectures, and build young talent pools for future recruitment.
  • Coordinating the transition to onboarding and ensuring a strong first impression of Reliance.

About you 

We're not looking for a resume pusher, but a recruiter who takes their work seriously, puts people first, and is energized by building Reliance for the future. Someone who is sharp on the content, warm in their communication, and firm enough to say "no" when it's better for quality. You enjoy a fast pace, but never at the expense of experience or thoroughness.

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO level).
  • At least 2–4 years of experience as a corporate recruiter, preferably in a growing IT environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with sourcing & search (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, networking).
  • Strong interview and assessment skills: you recognize potential and cultural fit.
  • Affinity for labor market communication or employer branding.
  • Experience with ATS systems and a process-oriented, structured approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management: you dare to challenge and engage hiring managers.
  • Good communication skills, warm, and professional.
  • Strong organizational skills: you maintain an overview, even with multiple open vacancies.
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented: you see what's needed and take action.
