Your role

During your internship, you'll work with our team of support heroes at the Service Desk, preparing you to become a Cloud Support Engineer. You'll start with first-line tasks and progress to more complex tasks. What you'll do:

  • Respond to customers by phone and email and assist them with a variety of IT issues;
  • Solve problems independently or in collaboration with experienced colleagues;
  • Monitor cloud and network environments and proactively identify problems;
  • Help implement new solutions;
  • Learn from experts in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Citrix.

During your internship, our experienced colleagues will guide you with personalized coaching and on-the-job training. You'll also have ample opportunity to learn, make mistakes, and, above all, continue to develop yourself.

  • You're in the final stages of your vocational (MBO) or higher professional education program in IT management;
