Vacancy Recruitment Consultant IT

Reliance is looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for both people and growth. You will be the link between IT professionals and clients and will have the opportunity to further expand our staffing practice.

Role description:

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for finding and connecting IT talent with challenging assignments. You will be active in both the recruitment process and the commercial development of our client portfolio.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

  • Generating new business and following up on leads.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing IT professionals with suitable assignments.
  • Managing relationships with existing clients and candidates.
  • Preparing and following up on proposals and quotes.
  • Building and maintaining a network within the IT industry.
  • Processing placements and related administrative tasks.
Who are you?
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or secondment in a commercial role.
  • Affinity with IT services and the ability to recognize buying signals.
  • Experience with cold calling and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, both with clients and candidates.
  • Familiarity with systems such as CRM, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset – you strive for results.
  • Available for 36–40 hours per week.
