About us

Our services are broad: from workplace management to Microsoft implementations, from security to support. Our clients don't view IT as a cost center, but as an enabler to achieve their organizational goals. And we help them achieve that. At Reliance, everything revolves around trust and entrepreneurship. We give that, and we get it back.

Your role

As a Project Manager at Reliance, you'll be the liaison between client, technology, and operations. You'll clarify the tasks, manage progress and quality, and ensure a smooth transition to management and service. Depending on your experience, you'll take on smaller projects and sub-projects, or lead complex, multi-year projects with a significant impact on the client's organization.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects for our clients – from workplace and cloud migrations to infrastructure and security projects.
  • Develop and monitor project plans: scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, Service Delivery, suppliers, and commercial colleagues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients: operationally for smaller projects, and tactically/strategically for larger projects when you are more senior.
  • Organize and facilitate kick-offs, progress meetings, evaluations, and steering committees.
  • Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and changes in scope, budget, or planning.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to management and Service Delivery, including documentation, acceptance, and evaluation.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement, project standards, and the professionalization of Operational Services.
  • Contribute to building a project culture that prioritizes hospitality, predictability, and ownership.
About you

We're not just looking for a "check-box planner," but someone who brings calm to a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility. You combine structure with experience: you communicate attentively, maintain an overview without losing the human touch, and ensure that projects run smoothly in a way that clients truly appreciate.

  • HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
  • You have either taken your first steps in project management/IT consultancy (approximately 0-3 years of experience), or you have demonstrable experience as a mid-level/senior Project Manager.
  • Experience in an IT, MSP, or consultancy environment is a definite plus.
  • Basic knowledge of or certifications in Prince2, IPMA, and/or Agile/Scrum is required; for senior candidates, you have demonstrable experience applying these in complex projects.
  • Affinity with or knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services is required.
  • You are strong in planning and organizing; you maintain an overview, even with multiple parallel projects.
  • You have strong communication skills: you switch smoothly between engineers, Service Delivery, sales, and (end) clients.
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and take visible ownership of your projects. For a more senior role: experience with budget responsibility, risk management, tactical/strategic stakeholder management, and coaching colleagues.
  • You thrive in a culture of trust, freedom, hospitality, and professional standards.
What we offer
  • Salary that grows with your level:
  1. Junior Project Manager: €2,800–€4,000 gross per month
  2. Medior Project Manager: €4,000–€5,500 gross per month
  3. Senior Project Manager: €5,500–€7,500 gross per month
  • Laptop and phone to do your job well.
  • Annual development budget for training and certifications (Prince2, IPMA, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
  • Frequency benefits budget of €20 per month through Alleo.
  • Mobility allowance or company car.
  • Flexible working: from one of our locations, at the client's location, or at home – wherever you make a difference.
  • Plenty of room for initiative, ownership, and visible impact.
  • An organization where autonomy is the standard: you will be trusted, responsible, and valued.
