Your role

As an Account Executive, you'll be a trusted advisor to your clients and a driving force for commercial opportunities. You'll have a great deal of freedom, but also a great deal of responsibility. You'll become part of a network of driven professionals within Reliance, operating independently within your client base. You won't have to wait for instructions; you'll take action before anyone asks.

What you'll do:

  • You'll build lasting relationships with existing clients and deepen their trust in Reliance;
  • You'll identify commercial opportunities within and outside your client portfolio and tactfully capitalize on them;
  • You'll lead discussions with management, IT managers, and stakeholders about their challenges and ambitions;
  • You'll translate client needs into the right solutions, working together with our specialist colleagues;
  • You'll organize and participate in strategic sessions, events, or client sessions to increase visibility;
  • You'll collaborate with the other labels within Reliance to strengthen each other's commercial capabilities.

  • Salary indication between €5,500 and €7,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek;

About you

We're not looking for a candidate who simply meets the requirements, but someone who truly lives them. You are persuasive, have commercial acumen, and have a genuine interest in people and organizations. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT/MSP as an Account Manager, Business Developer, Sales Consultant, or similar;
  • You know how to translate IT challenges into added value for the client;
  • You are strong in relationship management and capitalizing on commercial opportunities and growth;
  • You easily connect with diverse clients, from tech to executive level;
  • You are energetic, curious, independent, and collaborative;
  • You thrive in a culture of freedom, trust, and ownership;
  • You spend approximately 1 to 2 days a week in the office and on-site with clients as much as possible.
